Define what characteristics your favorite books share.
Do they all have a kickass heroine or is the hot love interest the Alpha Male?

My favorite books have at least one strong, possibly obnoxious, character.  They are not necessarily the main character,
but they surely make their presence known.

When you’re browsing goodreads, the library, or another blogger’s reviews,
what grabs your attention to make you want to read it?

Honestly, the first thing that I notice is the cover.  Yes, I judge a book by its cover.
After the cover draws me in, I scan to see if it is something that even remotely interests me.  If the description doesn’t gag me, it will probably find space on my “to be read” list.

Wow. If it looks good and doesn’t disgust me, I take it home. I’m a book slut.

Ahahahaha. I love that you like obnoxious characters! There’s a fine line for me between likeably obnoxious and just obnoxious. :)
